Terms of Service

Using the Site constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.1. The Site is an informational resource of the 67Trafic marketing agency, specializing in setting up and managing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Administrator provides the User with access to information about services, case studies, and contact details published on the Site.
2.2. The provision of paid services (campaign setup and management, audits, analytics, etc.) is governed by a separate agreement concluded individually between the Administrator and the client.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The Administrator undertakes to:
- keep the Site reasonably operational
- not disclose the User's personal data to third parties, except as provided in the Privacy Policy
3.2. The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate information when filling out forms on the Site
- not use Site materials for purposes that violate applicable law
4. Intellectual property
4.1. All materials on the Site (text, design, logo, images) are the intellectual property of the Administrator or are used on a lawful basis.
4.2. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using Site materials without the Administrator's written consent is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. The Administrator is not liable for the results of advertising campaigns, as these depend on factors beyond the Administrator's control (actions of advertising platforms, market conditions, competitor actions, etc.).
5.2. The Administrator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons.
6. Dispute resolution
6.1. The parties will seek to resolve any disputes and disagreements through negotiation.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
7. Final provisions
7.1. These Terms remain in effect until amended or revoked by the Administrator.
